Pricing Questions

Your Investment, Explained

Every event is unique, and every price we quote is uniquely composed for you. The packages shown are starting points that help you visualise the scope of work. Clients often swap elements or add bespoke pieces – we simply adjust the quote accordingly.

All our prices include design consultation, sourcing of fresh blooms, labour for conditioning and arranging, local delivery (within 25km of Melbourne CBD) and on-site styling. Additional travel, hire items like vases or structures, and specialty imported flowers are itemised in your quote.

To secure your date and our team, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon signing the agreement. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 business days before the event. For corporate installations, milestone payments are accepted after each major phase.

We follow a fair cancellation policy: if you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you receive a full refund minus the deposit. Between 30 and 14 days, you are refunded 50% of the balance. If you cancel less than 14 days before, no refund is issued, but we can attempt to resell your date. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
